Let your music flow with the Flow Headphone Cable. Unlike stock headphone cables, which are made of brittle, oxide-packed conductors that add obstructions to the audio signal, Flow cables are made of 99.99997% pure single-crystal copper, ensuring an oxide-free, unobstructed signal.

Rich and deep

Flow Headphone Cables add richness and depth to high-end headphones. The low-end is deep and robust, while preventing boominess from bleeding into the mid-range. The mid-range is lifelike, polished, and complex. The high-end is airy and refined, managing to add liveliness without sibilance or fatigue.

OCC 6N pure copper

We created the Flow Headphone Cables by a unique casting process that draws a single copper crystal up to 410 feet in length. This process overcomes annealing problems and eliminates nearly all oxides and other impurities for a 99.99997% pure product. By using single crystals, we’re able to provide an unobstructed path for the signal to travel.

Designed to last

We wrapped the copper conductor in a series of insulators that each solves a unique problem. First, a thermoplastic elastomer layer insulates the copper conductor from moisture, oil, abrasion, and other environmental damage. Then a low-stretch yarn braided sleeve encases it in a woven lattice for additional durability and protection. Finally, a polyester high-strength braided sleeve provides structural stability, wicks moisture, and doesn’t hold on to dirt or stains.

Made by hand

Each Flow Headphone Cable is handmade one at a time by artisans who attend to every step of the process, including manufacturing, assembling, and quality checking. We do this to ensure a high-performing product with impeccable craftsmanship and attention to every detail.

Connect again and again

While low-cost cable connectors with tin plating can only connect 10 to 50 times before losing their grippiness, and high-end cables can connect up to 500 times, the Neutrik connectors we use for the Flow have a >1000 mating cycle rating. These sturdy and simple-to-use connectors use rugged zinc housing and gold contacts. Additionally, a polyurethane boot protects against bending stress, while a chuck-type strain relief retains the cable’s integrity–for the long haul.

Why upgrade from stock cables

Most stock headphone cables use inferior shielding, jackets, and sheathing techniques that create issues that hinder the performance of good headphones. We make our Flow cables with 6N pure single-crystal copper, ensuring an unobstructed, oxide-free signal transfer that allows your music to flow from amp to headphone as easily as water through a straw.
